§ 150.095 AMENDMENT TO A RECORDED FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT.
   The Council may vacate or amend a recorded final subdivision plat or any portion of a recorded final subdivision plat by following and complying with all requirements for vacating or changing a subdivision plat, as identified by UCA §§ 10-9a-608 and 10-9a-609.
