The Appeal Authority shall fix the time for hearing any appeal within 15 business days of the date of filing such appeal with the City Clerk and shall give public notice thereof in accordance with the state’s Open and Public Meetings Act, being UCA Title 52, Chapter 4 (UCA §§ 52-4-1 et seq.), as well as notice to the parties in interest.
