Any person aggrieved by a decision of the City Council for a final minor subdivision application may appeal the decision to the city’s Appeal Authority within ten days of the date of notification of the decision by the City Council. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the city’s Appeal Authority for a final minor subdivision application may appeal the decision to the District Court within 30 days of the date of notification of a decision by the city’s Appeal Authority.
