§ 150.074 FINAL MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FILING.
   As a condition precedent to the filing of a final minor subdivision application with the City Recorder, a Conceptual Plan application for the subject property, with or without requirements, shall have been approved by the Zoning Administrator.
