(A) The Zoning Administrator shall review the Conceptual Plan application and will make recommendations to the applicant as to changes or additions or shall approve the Conceptual Plan application.
(B) The Zoning Administrator shall submit the Conceptual Plan application to the City Engineer to assess infrastructure needs prior to approval or denial of the application.
(C) The City Engineer shall have 17 days to review the application.
(D) Once the City Engineer has reviewed the Conceptual Plan application and assessed the infrastructure needs of the subject property, the Zoning Administrator may approve or deny the application.
(E) The signature and date of Zoning Administrator’s approval on Conceptual Plan drawing is required for the application to proceed to a final minor subdivision application.
