§ 150.044 FINAL SUBDIVISION APPLICATION - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO FILING.
   As a condition precedent to the filing of a final subdivision application with the City Recorder, a preliminary subdivision application for the subject property, with or without requirements, shall have been approved by the City Council.
