Any person aggrieved by a decision of the City Council related to a preliminary subdivision application may appeal the decision to the city’s Appeal Authority within ten days of the date of notification of a decision by the City Council. Decisions of the city’s Appeal Authority may be appealed to the District Court within 30 days of the date of notification of a decision by the city’s Appeal Authority.
