§ 150.033 PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION APPLICATION - LAND USE AUTHORITY AND PUBLIC MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Council is hereby identified as the land use authority for preliminary subdivision applications.
   (B)   All City Council and Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. The City Recorder shall provide notice of the public meeting to consider a preliminary subdivision application as follows:
      (1)   Notice of the date, time, and place of the public meeting, at least 24 hours before the meeting, which notice shall be posted in at least three public locations within the city; or posted on the official website of the city and State of Utah website;
      (2)   Notify each Applicant of the date, time, and place of each public meeting at least 24 hours before the meeting; and
      (3)   Provide to each applicant a copy of each engineering comments regarding the preliminary subdivision application at least three business days before the meeting.
   (C)   Following the close of the public meeting and action being taken by the Planning Commission on the preliminary subdivision application, the Planning Commission shall transmit a recommendation to the City Council.
   (D)   The City Recorder shall notify the applicant of any final action taken by the City Council regarding a preliminary subdivision application.
