§ 150.030 CONCEPTUAL PLAN APPLICATION - ACTIONS FOLLOWING REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   (A)   Following the Conceptual Plan Review and approval by the Zoning Administrator, a preliminary subdivision application may be filed by the applicant with the City Recorder.
   (B)   A preliminary subdivision application may be submitted for approval concurrently with the Conceptual Plan review; provided that, the preliminary subdivision application meets the requirements outlined in this subchapter for a preliminary subdivision application and it is a complete application. If the applicant chooses to submit the Conceptual Plan application and the preliminary subdivision application concurrently, the city maintains the right to deny the request for approval of the preliminary subdivision application, and the applicant shall bear all risks and costs associated with that application’s preparation and submittal prior to the Conceptual Plan review and approval, including that applicant’s rights shall not have vested in the subdivision process.
