(A) The contact person is the Zoning Administrator. The property owner or their designated representative (hereinafter “applicant”) shall meet with the Zoning Administrator to:
(1) Discuss the procedure for approval of a subdivision;
(2) Discuss requirements for a subdivision and review application requirements (application may be obtained from the city office or Zoning Administrator); and
(3) Discuss the requirements for a Conceptual Plan drawing (can be eight and one-half inches by 11 inches for pre-application only; under § 150.028(B) the requirement for a Conceptual Plan is 11 inches by 17 inches) to include the frontage for each lot, dimensions and area of each lot, existing buildings, easements, field drains, rights-of-way, location of utilities, and proposed use of each lot.
(B) The Zoning Administrator shall determine whether the proposed subdivision meets the requirements for a subdivision.
