§ 150.004 APPLICABILITY AND AUTHORITY.
   Upon its adoption by City Council, and posting as required by state code, this chapter shall govern and apply to the subdivision of all lands lying within the municipal boundaries of Elwood City, Utah (hereinafter “the city”).
