§ 150.003 ENACTMENT.
   (A)   City Council adopts this chapter pursuant to state code and all other authorities and provisions of state and federal statutory laws, and common law, as applicable.
   (B)   This chapter constitutes a part of the city’s land use ordinances, as authorized and identified by state code.
