This subdivision chapter is established to promote the purposes of UCA Title 10, Ch. 9a as amended, and to provide for the orderly division of lands, to avoid incompatibilities in land uses, and to secure the provision and long-term maintenance of necessary infrastructure, facilities, and services in an efficient and economical manner for existing and future city residents.
