§ 150.001 SHORT TITLE.
   This ordinance codified herein shall be known and may be cited as the “Elwood City Subdivision Ordinance” and may be identified within this chapter and other chapters as “Subdivision Ordinance,” or “this chapter.” This subdivision code shall be considered and may be identified as a city land use ordinance, as defined by state code.
