§ 116.08 MAINTENANCE OF REGISTRY.
   (A)   The City Recorder shall maintain and make available for public inspection a copy or record of every completed application received and the license or written denial issued by the city.
   (B)   The applicant’s BCI background check shall remain a confidential, protected, private record not available for public inspection.
   (C)   The City Recorder may furnish to the County Sheriff or to the City Council a listing of all applicants, those denied or revoked, and those issued a license.
