(A) The required information shall be provided to the City Recorder by the applicant for review and approval or denial. As in Chapter 110 of this code of ordinances, the City Council may revoke a license, provided the City Council receives information showing that a registered solicitor meets the required criteria for disqualifying status.
(B) If a license is approved the license issued will be valid for term set forth on the license and badge. The term may be either short-term or for a longer term as selected by the applicant from the choices of license terms within the city’s fee policy.
(C) No license shall be valid for more than one year.
