§ 116.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to make or attempt to make a home solicitation sale or door-to-door solicitation within the city without first obtaining the license required by this chapter.
   (B)   Any person making door-to-door contact with persons within the city, whether or not a license is required, must meet the duties and prohibitions outlined in §§ 116.11 through 116.13.
