(A) It is unlawful to conduct business under a license issued pursuant to this chapter at any location other than the licensed premises. Any location to which telephone calls are automatically forwarded by said business shall require a separate license.
(B) It is unlawful for any sexually-oriented business to do business under any name other than the business name specified in the application.
