§ 114.23 EXEMPTIONS FROM LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
   The licensing provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any licensed sex therapist, licensed physician, licensed nurse, licensed psychologist, or licensed educator acting within the scope of his, her, or their profession or employment.
