§ 110.25 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TEMPORARY BUSINESS. The sale of goods or services sold by a business being operated in the city for less than 48 hours or operating out of a vehicle, truck, trailer, or other mobile unit.
