§ 90.20 ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   The position of Animal Control Officer is hereby created.
   (B)   The duties of the Animal Control Officer shall be to carry out and enforce the provisions of this subchapter and any other applicable regulations.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere, molest, hinder, or obstruct the Animal Control Officer or any of his, her, or their authorized representatives in the discharge of his, her, or their duties as herein prescribed.
