§ 90.05 PUBLIC NUISANCE CREATED BY ANIMALS.
   PUBLIC NUISANCE means an owner’s failure to control, restrain, or otherwise allow, either by conduct or condition, any animal to:
   (A)   Engage in conduct which establishes such an animal as a “dangerous animal;”
   (B)   Be at-large;
   (C)   Cause a disturbance by excessive barking or noise-making near the private residence or business of another or of any government or public facility;
   (D)   Produces maggots, flies, odors, or unclean conditions sufficient to annoy or endanger adjacent property owners, residents, or other individuals who may be reasonably exposed to such conditions; or
   (E)   Chase vehicles or molest, attack, or interfere with other persons and animals on public or private property.
