§ 34.46 NET PROCEEDS.
   The net proceeds of the sales and use tax set out in § 34.45 of this chapter shall be applied to lawful municipal purposes of improving the infrastructure of the village including, but not limited to, sidewalks, curb and gutter, swimming pool, streets and drainage.
