§ 32.01 BOARDS; APPOINTMENT AND DETERMINATION.

   (A)   The governing body shall appoint members of such commissions and boards as the governing body may by ordinance or resolution create. It shall appoint a Board of Health.

   (B)   Members of the following boards and commissions shall be appointed or reappointed as terms of office expire or resignations are accepted:

      (1)   Board of Health;

      (2)   Library Board;

      (3)   Care Center Board;

      (4)   Housing Authority Board;

      (5)   Planning Commission; and

      (6)   Zoning Board of Adjustment.
