§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Each violation of §§ 113.01 through 113.12 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of $100 per day. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of failing to comply.
