§ 54.24 FIRE LIMITS; REBUILDING AND REMODELING.
   (A)   The Municipal Clerk shall keep on file, and provide to those requesting, the boundaries of the municipal fire limits, if any such fire limit be created.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to build, rebuild or remodel, upon any lot within the fire limits of the municipality, a building or buildings, except the same shall be constructed of fire-proof material (i.e., brick, stone, cement, steel or a material approved by the state’s Fire Marshal).
   (C)   No building shall be erected within the fire limits of the village until an application for a permit has been made to the village’s Board of Trustees and the permit granted.
   (D)   Wooden buildings shall not be repaired to the extent of a new roof, foundation or undersills and no repairs of any kind shall be made on any such building without the consent of the village’s Board of Trustees.
   (E)   No wooden building shall be moved into the fire limits or moved from one lot to another within the fire limits.
