§ 53.008 INSTALLATION EXPENSE.
   (A)   The customer, upon approval of his or her application for sewer service, shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in the tapping of the sewer main and running the service lateral.
   (B)   The sewer service installation shall be done only by a licensed plumber.
