§ 50.01 MANDATORY UTILITIES USER SERVICE FEE.
   A mandatory monthly municipal utilities user service fee shall be charged to all residential and commercial customers for municipal water, sewer and solid waste collection services. The municipal utilities user service fee shall be collected as a unit. Partial payments may be accepted.
