§ 153.56 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS REQUIRED FOR SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS AND REBUILDING.
   All building plans submitted for the new construction, additions or rebuilding of a single-family residential structure after structural damage must include the seal of an architect licensed in the State of Illinois.
