§ 163.99 PENALTY.
   In addition to the penalties provided in Article 7 of the Will County Stormwater Management Ordinance, anyone deemed to be in violation of the regulations adopted by this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each violation, and every day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
