The Will County Stormwater Management Ordinance, effective January 1, 2004, as revised most recently on March 25, 2010, are hereby adopted by reference in full as the stormwater management regulations for the village. A copy of such regulations is attached to Ord. 1023 and is available for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
