§ 158.15 INSPECTIONS.
   The Building Inspector of the village shall inspect or cause to be inspected all private residential swimming pools within the village at such times as may be deemed necessary to determine whether or not the private residential swimming pool is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and all other codes applicable to health, sanitation and safety.
