(A) Unobstructed walk areas shall be constructed entirely around belowground pools. The walks shall not be less than three feet wide. The walk area shall be constructed of the impervious material, and the surfaces shall be of such material as to be smooth and easily cleaned and of nonslip construction.
(B) The walks shall have a slope of one-fourth inch per foot away from the pool walls or to drains so as to prevent back drainage from entering the pool.
