(A) The following parts of a pool shall not be placed under existing service-drop conductors or any other open overhead wiring nor shall the wiring be installed above the following:
(1) Private residential swimming pools and the area extending ten feet horizontally from the inside of the walls of the pool;
(2) Diving structures; and
(3) Observation stands, pool decks, towers or platforms.
(B) Underground wiring shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the latest edition of the National Electric Code and any other applicable code or ordinance requirements.
