(A) Private residential swimming pools shall be permitted in single-family residential districts, such as GR, R-1, R-2, R-4, R-5 and R-6 and residential sections of A-1.
(B) Private residential swimming pools shall not be located in any required front yard, as defined in the Village Zoning Ordinance.
(C) Private residential swimming pools located on a corner lot may not extend into any required corner side yard, as defined in the Village Zoning Ordinance.
(D) The zoning setbacks set forth in Ord. 656, and as amended, are incorporated herewith by reference and shall apply to pools and all decks attached thereto for single-family residential districts in GR, R-1, R-2, R-4, R-5 and R-6.
(E) No private residential swimming pool shall be built or installed within ten feet of a house foundation wall.
(F) The following setbacks shall apply to pools and decks attached thereto for single-family dwellings in Zoning District A-1:
(1) Rear yard: ten feet; and
(2) Side yard: ten feet.
(G) The total pool area may not exceed 30% of the total area of the lot on which it is located.
