§ 158.05 PLANS AND CONTRACTS.
   Plans and contracts for construction of private residential swimming pools, as heretofore required in § 158.04 above hereunder prior to the issuance of a construction permit, shall comply with the following requirements:
   (A)   Plans shall be drawn to scale of not less than one-eighth inch to the foot indicating all dimensions, including length, width and depth;
   (B)   Plans shall indicate the location of the pool, decks attached thereto and fencing in relation to all lot and setback lines;
   (C)   Underground wiring shall be in accordance with the latest edition of the National Electric Code;
   (D)   Plans shall show the grade of the location where the pool is to be constructed and the actual pre-construction grade for the location. The post-construction final grade must be within three inches tolerance of the grade established in the final subdivision plat for the lot;
   (E)   Plans shall indicate the kind, number and size of filters and heaters and the location and size of any electrical or gas service lines;
   (F)   All plans shall show all pools are grounded and all electrical devices protected with ground fault interrupters;
   (G)   Copies of the construction contract for the construction of the private residential swimming pool and fencing shall be submitted which shall indicate the cost to complete the construction of the pool and fencing and the date of completion for each; and
   (H)   Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all pools shall be constructed in accordance with all village codes and ordinances now in effect or hereafter established, latest edition of the BOCA Basic Building Code, latest edition of the National Electric Code and the State Plumbing Code. The more restrictive provisions shall prevail.
