(A) Nothing herein shall prevent the village from taking other lawful action to prevent or remedy any violations. All costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible.
(B) This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions.
(C) Where this chapter and other ordinances, easements, covenants or deed restrictions conflict, the ordinance, easement, covenant, deed restriction or regulation which imposes the more stringent restrictions shall apply.
(D) This chapter is intended to repeal the original ordinance or resolution which was adopted to meet the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, but is not intended to repeal the resolution which the village passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program.
