§ 153.78 RULES OF GOVERNANCE.
   As a public body, the BOA shall comply with the Open Meetings Act ILCS Ch. 5, Act 120, § 2.06 and any other applicable statutory requirement. Additionally, the BOA may adopt other rules of governance and procedure in conformance with the Code, as amended from time to time, including without limitation, section 111.4.1 thereof, provided that approval is first obtained from the Corporate Authorities. All rules of governance and procedure for the BOA of Appeals shall be published and made available to the public.
