A Board of Appeals (BOA) is hereby established to review and conduct hearings based on written applications of appeal from decisions of the Village Code Official pursuant to the Code, as amended from time to time. At all times, the BOA shall act as an advisory body for the Corporate Authorities, without the authority to independently make, adopt or change the policies of the village.
