§ 153.52 ADDITIONS, INSERTIONS, DELETIONS AND CHANGES TO THE INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE.

   (A)   Section 101.1. Insert "The Village of Elwood".

   (B)   Section 112. Means of Appeal Delete the entire section and insert the following:

      The Village Board shall act as the appeals board.

   (C)   Section 108.2. Insert "See the Village of Elwood Fee Schedule."

   (D)   Section 1401.2. Insert BOCA 1990.

   (E)   Section 1301.5.4. Fire sprinkler the sprinkler system amendments in Chapter 9 of the IBC and local amendments will be followed regardless of any calculation performed in this section.
