   (A)   Section 101.1. Insert “The Village of Elwood”.

   (B)   Section 106: Means of Appeal. Delete the entire section and insert the following:

      The Village Board shall act as the appeals board.

   (C)   Section 109.4.7. Insert “See the Village of Elwood Fee Schedule.”

   (D)   Section 114.4. Insert “See the Village of Elwood Fee Schedule.”

   (E)   Section 302.1. There are currently no designate wildland interface areas.

   (F)   Adopt appendices A - H.
