§ 153.37 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CODE OFFICIAL, AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION, FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU. The Building Inspector of the Building Department or Fire Chief of the Elwood Fire Protection District..
   DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTION. The Building Department of the Village of Elwood.
   DISTRICT. The Elwood Fire Protection District.
   MUNICIPALITY. The Village of Elwood.
   STRUCTURE or BUILDING. Shall have the same meaning as defined in the ICC International Building Code - 2015 Edition.
