(A) Enforcement. This Fire Prevention Ordinance shall be enforced by the Fire Prevention Bureau of the Elwood Township Fire Protection District, Will County, Illinois, which is hereby established and which shall be operated under the general supervision of, and pursuant to the direction of, the Fire Chief of the Elwood Township Fire Protection District.
(B) Inspectors. The Fire Chief of the Elwood Township Fire Protection District may detail such members of the Fire Protection District as inspectors as shall from time to time be necessary to enforce this subchapter. The inspectors shall be under the supervision of the Fire Chief.
