(A) Fences shall be permitted in any required yard as defined for each industrial zoning district and use pursuant to the Official Zoning Ordinance.
(B) All fences, other than those intended for decorative or screening purposes shall be buffered with berming and/or landscaping.
(C) Closed walls and fences shall be used to enclose outside storage and shall fully screen the interior contents. The height of the closed walls and/or fences shall be a minimum of six feet and a maximum of 15 feet.
(D) Fences shall not exceed a height of 15 feet.
