(A) Open fences up to three feet in height may be constructed and maintained in the front yard setback.
(B) On corner lots, fences up to six feet in height shall be permitted within ten feet of the property line in the side yard (second frontage) forward of the front of the principal structure for use as buffering or screening (see illustration); and
(C) Fences up to eight feet in height shall be permitted in all rear yards and side yards provided that the fence is located to the rear of the principal structure.
