§ 152.06 GENERAL FENCE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All owners and/or occupants of properties containing fences shall maintain their fence in sound and good condition so that the fence is structurally safe and aesthetically pleasing.
   (B)   All fence repairs shall be erected with diligence and with materials of comparable size and color to the existing fence.
