§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person in violation of any of the provisions of § 150.04 shall, upon conviction or supervision, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. Any person who commits a second violation of any of the provisions herein contained or referenced within five years shall, upon conviction or supervision, be fined not less than $250 nor more than $650 for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense. Any person who commits a third violation of any of the provisions herein contained or referenced within five years shall, upon conviction or supervision, be fined not less than $400 nor more than $800 for each offense, and each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
