(A) No person shall commence or continue construction activities, including but not limited to removal or excavation of soil, installing utilities, grading, erecting or repairing the exterior of any structure before 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or before 7:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Where due cause is shown, special approval may be granted by the Village Board for construction activity outside the permitted hours.
(B) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to record with the Recorder of Deeds and to file with the County Clerk a certified copy of this section.
