§ 133.04 FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, use, explode, discharge or exhibit any fireworks, as defined through § 133.01 above, or pyrotechnics. No public exhibition of fireworks or pyrotechnics shall be given without first obtaining a permit issued by the Village of Elwood on such terms as the village requires.
