It shall be unlawful for any person to propel any object or missile, including but not limited to arrows, pebbles, rocks and any other types of objects or missiles by the use of any instrumentality, including but not limited to bows, slings and projectors, designed or capable of being used to propel said object or missile by mechanical means through use of said instrumentality within the Village of Elwood.
